This painting was born from a personal journey in which I realized that in order to create true transformation, I need the courage to look at the roots.
Imagine standing in front of a massive tree, but instead of focusing only on the leaves or the branches, you choose to go down, into the depth.
Instead of watering the leaves, you choose to nourish the soil, because that is where everything grows from.
I chose to paint the moment when the roots are revealed,
those same roots that hold the tree, and also hold everything we are.
When I began to go down into the soil, I understood that it’s not simple.
It means looking at beliefs, fears, old stories.
It’s like meeting those parts within me that started growing a long time ago.
When I speak about root work, I speak about moments where we pause the noise, go inward, and ask:
Where did this begin?
Why did I choose this path?
And when I understand the root, I can truly begin to grow from a place of deep awareness.
"Exposed Roots" is that kind of moment, where everything is revealed, and growth begins exactly there.
It is also an invitation to go deeper, because only from there can we truly grow.
