The Story Behind the Painting🖌️

When I look at this painting, I see in it the process of understanding myself. Every time I truly pause, breathe inward, and ask what I am really feeling behind the story running in my mind — something sharpens. The thought steadies, and I realize it was always there, waiting for me to notice it.
