"Exit point"

The painting was born on a day when I sat in nature, by the edge of a stream, surrounded by the deep quiet of earth and wind.

There was something in that moment that invited me to truly pause, not only physically but inwardly as well, to look at the movement of my life and ask myself a simple question, why do I sometimes feel that I return again and again to the same place?

In the background of the painting appears brown, a soft earthy tone that feels like the ground on which everything is built.

For me, this brown represents the familiar place, the patterns we return to without even noticing.

The stories we keep telling ourselves, the automatic reactions we have to reality, as if there is a small loop within us repeating itself again and again.

But within this brown space, pink began to appear.

A small touch of color that brings softness, a new movement, another possibility.

For me, this pink was the moment when something inside me understood that we do not have to keep responding to reality in the same way.

The moment I allowed myself to stay present, without escaping, without rushing to fix anything, simply being inside the moment, I suddenly felt the space open.

As if within the painting itself, within these colors, a point of exit was created.

The layers of the painting were built slowly, with my hands. The brown and the pink blending into one another, like two worlds meeting.

On one side, the familiar place, and on the other, the possibility of choosing differently. Not fighting the pattern, but seeing it, acknowledging it, and from that place allowing it to release.

This painting is a reminder of the moment when we stop moving in circles and discover that there is also a way out.

A way through awareness, presence, and a new choice.

Sometimes all it takes is one quiet moment, when we allow ourselves to pause, to listen, and to discover that another possibility exists. ♡
