“High Frequency”

gh frequency is not something that happens in a single moment. It is a layered process, just like a painting. I stand in front of the canvas and there is no immediate result, only layer upon layer. At first there is noise, doubts, and voices asking why it looks this way. But when I allow myself to remain inside the process, something begins to soften. I start letting go.

Slowly I understand that every color I place on the canvas is like a moment in life. The colors do not truly clash. They learn to live together. Moments I once experienced as difficult now reveal themselves as lessons. What once felt like resistance becomes depth.

High frequency, for me, is the place where my inner world begins to reflect outward. When I create calm within, the reality around me responds. I stop pushing. I stop forcing. I begin to notice that life answers the energy I hold.

Each layer of paint is another layer of consciousness unfolding. It does not happen in one day. It asks for presence. It asks me to return to the canvas again and again, to add another layer without knowing how the final image will look. There is trust in that. There is surrender.

And just like in the studio, so it is in life. High frequency is the understanding that every step belongs. Nothing is wasted. When my inner vision shifts, I see that the horizon that once felt distant is actually built from each small step I was already taking.
