"Mikcholmim" – Dreaming Through the Brush – is a place where you can dream, release, express, and simply be.
It is a workshop for personal empowerment and deep conversation combined with intuitive creation.
In the workshops, we will learn how to create from emotion, how to express and share, how to release criticism and judgment, and how to connect with yourself through colors.
Workshop stages
The first stage consists of engaging activities from the coaching world that develop, connect, and deepen the familiarity among group members.
The second stage is the creation phase where insights and the dialogue formed in the first stage are expressed. Each group member will receive an explanation of painting techniques and tools that can be used in the creative process.
Intuitive painting allows us to connect with ourselves, dream without barriers, and release self-judgment and criticism. No previous painting experience is required.
The workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to deepen, open up, and feel.
