The Story Behind the Painting
This painting was born from a reflection on how life flows — like a river. Sometimes the current is gentle, and sometimes it’s wild, but it’s always in motion. Life brings surprises, changes, and challenges. The more we learn to move with it, like a leaf floating on water, the more things seem to fall into place.
The yellow in this painting is the sunrise — the moments of clarity and light that move us forward. The red is the heart — softness, love, and self-acceptance. And the blue? It’s the water itself, the changes we can’t control, reminding us to surrender instead of resist.
There are moments when we hold on — trying to control, direct, or stop what’s coming. But those are often the moments when we feel stuck.
When I decided to paint this piece, I tried to let go. Each brushstroke became a reminder that life keeps moving, even when we don’t see where it’s going. The blurred areas and transitions between colors tell the story of unexpected connections — the kind of beauty that appears when we allow life to lead.
"Flow of Life" is a lesson in listening — to our own inner currents, to the changes that arrive from the outside, and to the quiet truth that when we release resistance, that’s when real magic begins.
