"Between Stages"

This painting was born out of a deep observation of the movement of life, of those moments when we find ourselves in transition, exactly between stages. Sometimes it seems as if this time is just a form of waiting, but the truth is that every stop along the way brings exactly what is right for us at that specific moment. Every stage in life has an important role, it prepares us, building and shaping the inner vessel within us so that we can contain and hold the next thing that arrives.

During the painting process, it was felt how the two vertical panels represent this process, like two pillars or two phases in the sequence of time speaking with one another. The layers and textures built on top of each other are the different situations passed through, the experience gathered, and the tools received along the way. Nothing is lost, everything is built layer upon layer to expand our capacity.

The bursting colors in the painting are the optimism on the way there. The touches of pink, yellow, and vibrant orange, floating above the calm background tones, are a reminder that there is so much beauty and joy in the process itself. They are the inner belief that the next stage is already waiting, colorful and full of life, and that the path to it is lined with points of light and grace just waiting to be discovered.

This is an invitation to agree to stay in the space between, not to rush to skip the stages but to breathe into them. To understand that the building of our inner vessel requires time, patience, and full trust in the dynamic pace of life.

The painting is a visual reminder of the beauty of the journey, of the expansion happening inside at every single moment, and of the optimism that accompanies every step toward the next stage.
