We often think that stability comes from arranging the things around us — work, relationships, routine.
But over the years, I’ve learned that true stability reveals itself precisely when things begin to shift, change, or even fall apart.
Not the kind that relies on circumstances — but the kind that is built from within, through listening.
GROUNDED was born during a time when I was searching for a new foundation.
Not a geographical one — but a deeper sense of grounding within myself.
In a changing world, I wanted to paint what remains steady amidst motion —
the ability to return to myself.
This painting is made of many layers —
like milestones along a journey.
Each color expresses a feeling that rose along the way.
Every brushstroke was like a breath, a quiet statement:
"I’m here, just as I am, and that is enough."
GROUNDED is a reminder:
That stability doesn't require certainty.
That we can feel at home, even in the midst of change.
That there is power in that inner stillness — the kind that doesn’t seek answers, only presence.
This isn’t stability that holds you back.
It’s stability that allows you to grow.
