The Story Behind the Painting
When I began working on this piece, I had a strong feeling —
a need to express the way we perceive the world around us.
Sometimes life feels like a maze.
We’re surrounded by noise — opinions, expectations, voices that aren’t ours —
and it can blur the simplest and truest voice within us.
While painting, I thought about all the times in my life when the background noise took over,
when I couldn’t see the full picture — or more accurately, couldn’t see myself.
But as I started pushing aside what no longer served me,
and truly listened inward —
the world began to open up.
Just like in the painting.
The layers began to clear, the colors started to align,
and a new space emerged — open, bright, and filled with understanding.
This piece is a reminder — for me, and for anyone who needs to hear it —
that the possibilities are always there.
Our path is always present, even if sometimes it’s hidden.
All we need is to widen our field of vision,
to look beyond what’s visible,
and to trust ourselves — fully.
