“Traces of Thought”

Traces of Thought began as a journey to understand where the line is drawn between my thoughts and my deeper intuition. In the past, I didn't always know how to tell them apart. Thoughts often felt so loud that I believed they were the only truth.

Over time, through creating, I learned to listen differently. This painting captures the moments when I realized that intuition is like a quiet whisper from within. It doesn't push; it simply exists.

In contrast, thoughts sometimes just hold me back, looping around and making me confuse what I truly know inside with what my mind tries to analyze.

Today, I can better recognize which thoughts move me forward and which ones pull me away from my inner truth. I’ve learned to give space to both feelings and thoughts, but also to know when to trust the quiet intuition that guides me forward.

Ultimately, Traces of Thought is not just a painting; it’s a reminder of my ability to distinguish between inner noise and inner guidance, and to understand what truly serves me on my path.
