Holding onto control where we have no control at all. It is exhausting. You wake up in the morning, go to work, try to get things done, organize, hold everything together, and meanwhile our true feelings stay locked inside, with no space and no real expression.

I created Free Control for precisely this reason. This is the place where you are allowed to let go, a space where everything is possible, with no rules and the freedom to step outside the lines.

Here you do not need to know how to paint. You step into the studio, receive a canvas, paints and materials, and simply unload everything that sits heavy in your stomach. Just you, the canvas and your truth.

I am Shirly Maimon, a painter, a Satya method coach and the studio owner.

All my life, for as long as I can remember, painting has been the place where I found my healing. Today I know this is my mission, to help others heal themselves through color and creation.

Nice to meet you, I am Shirly Maimon, an artist, painter, Satya method personal coach and facilitator of emotional processes through art.

Owner of Art & Vision Gallery and founder of the workshops "Out of the Box, Dreaming Through the Brush".

In my work, I combine tools from the worlds of personal development and emotional coaching in the Satya method and believe in the power of art to connect us to ourselves, to touch and the true passion within us.

In the spaces I create, no prior knowledge is needed, just the willingness to feel, to move, and to meet yourself through a free and authentic journey.
