Mikhulmim is much more than a workshop. It is a space to dream together, release what no longer serves you, and express yourselves freely through a unique experience combining intuitive creation with a deep emotional process.

The workshop is tailored to your unique dynamic following an introductory call, beginning with inspiring cards that open the heart and spark meaningful dialogue.

From there, everyone receives space to create. No prior painting experience is needed, just the willingness to dive inward, explore without limits, and discover new sides of one another through color and brush.

It is suitable for couples of all kinds, whether romantic partners, parents and children, or close friends, who want to pause the rush, open their hearts, and reconnect.

Workshop Stages

Stage One

We begin with an experiential coaching activity to quiet the noise, settle into presence, and reconnect as a couple. We use unique cards I developed that inspire compassionate communication, deep listening, and a clearer sense of your shared needs.

Stage Two

Next, we dive into intuitive art, giving space to your inner voice. With a canvas and paints, you learn to create in total freedom without judgment. At the end, each participant leaves with a moving artwork born from a true connection within.

Nice to meet you, I am Shirly Maimon, an artist, painter, Satya method personal coach and facilitator of emotional processes through art.

Owner of Art & Vision Gallery and founder of the workshops "Out of the Box, Dreaming Through the Brush".

In my work, I combine tools from the worlds of personal development and emotional coaching in the Satya method and believe in the power of art to connect us to ourselves, to touch and the true passion within us.

In the spaces I create, no prior knowledge is needed, just the willingness to feel, to move, and to meet yourself through a free and authentic journey.
