This painting was born from a very gentle moment I had, not a big realization and not some dramatic insight, just a moment when my body softened and I could finally hear myself again with a quiet inner feeling rising from within, like a tune only someone who truly listens can hear.
While painting I felt myself moving with whatever was there, without overthinking and without trying to understand, the colors guided me and my hand simply followed, layer after layer, like thoughts settling slowly until the heart became a little clearer.
This painting speaks about what arrives after a storm, about the breath returning to its natural rhythm, about that small moment that brings me back to myself without effort and without drama, a moment that feels like home, simple and true.
Quiet Tune for me is a reminder that we do not need to push, we do not need to run, we do not need to figure everything out, we just need to be, to let things settle in their own time, and to feel how something inside us finds its place again with softness.
