This diptych was born out of the inner movement of learning to let go, to stop everything, and to agree to meet the deeper spaces of the soul. For many years I caught myself trying to manage reality, to hold tight to familiar stories, but this piece came out of an understanding that there is an entire nature within us that simply wishes to flow, without us interfering, without us trying to arrange it or decide where it should go.
The deep blue and turquoise that break across the canvas represent for me the world of water and the expanses of the sky, the free nature that needs no permission from anyone to simply be. The touches of mustard and the bright light that opens within the colors are not just an aesthetic choice, they are the moments where intuition and clarity rise, the sparks that are revealed only when we agree to drop the effort and look inward into what is beyond matter.
There is a strong sense of inner flight in this painting, of spreading wings. I used to think that security comes from a strong grip on the ground, from control, but with time I realized that true flight begins precisely when we agree to release the rope, to agree not to know what the next step will be, and to let the clean frequency lead us. This movement on the canvas is like a bird finding its wind, beyond the narrow boundaries of daily life, into an open and infinite consciousness space.
When I started working on these two pieces, I did not try to reach any predefined result and I did not look to prove anything. I wanted only to stay true to this alive and breathing frequency, to let the hands move out of a completely clean listening. Every layer and every movement that entered were another moment of agreement to let go of everything, to relax from the need for solutions, and to let this flow reveal itself in the space.
These two parts speak with each other just like the inner dialogue that occurs within us, between the deep and turbulent places and the places that wish to go upward, into lightness and freedom.
This painting is an invitation to agree to enter this open space, not to fear the depth, the nature, or the flight, but to remain inside this presence, because right there, in the place where there is no attachment at all, the soul finds its truest silence and the deepest connection to life. ♡
