The Story Behind the Painting🖌️
Giving has always been the easy part of my life. But receiving?
Receiving requires opening my heart, understanding that I truly deserve, and allowing myself to stay in a state of acceptance.
It was a muscle I did not know for years, until I realized it is one of the most important ones in my life.
To receive means allowing life to give to me.
It is one of the deepest movements I have cultivated within myself.
It means saying yes to goodness, yes to abundance, yes to love that is looking for a way to reach me.
To truly receive, I had to train these inner muscles, the muscle of self-worth and the muscle of faith.
They are the ones that remind me I am worthy, that every good thing that arrives in my life is not random, but a reflection of the moment I opened my heart and said yes.
When we receive fully, we not only allow abundance to enter, we affirm to ourselves that we are enough, that we deserve goodness without struggle.
This painting speaks about that exact moment when we release resistance and allow ourselves to soften.
The colors breathe together, blending effortlessly like the natural flow of life.
Each layer holds a lesson in trust, each movement speaks of openness and the ability to simply be present, to stand before our most intimate places without running away.
As I painted it, I felt that every color was an affirmation, every movement a quiet agreement, not to fight, not to prove, only to allow.
To allow myself to be loved, to allow myself to be worthy, to allow myself to be present.
Learning to Receive is an invitation to release the need to hold on and to open our hands.
To let goodness arrive, to stop resisting, and to remember that life is always giving to us, the only question is whether we are truly ready to receive.
