"Lines of Freedom"

This painting was born from a desire to step away from the straight, from the expected, from the path we’re all used to walking. For years I thought that safety came from order, from straight lines, from the ability to know how things would look in advance. But through the process of creation, I realized that real life begins the moment I allow myself to deviate from the line, to let my hand move without planning, to stop controlling and let emotion lead.

While painting, I felt a deep sense of release, as if each layer of color was melting an old thought. I saw how the colors flowed into one another without fear of touching, how every boundary blurred to make space for something new to emerge. It became a lesson about openness, about the ability to stay in the unknown without rushing to define it.

The yellow in the painting carries the energy of awakening, like a new idea appearing suddenly and illuminating a different path. The other tones bring balance and calm, reminding me to breathe, to slow down, to let thoughts open in their own rhythm. Between them a dialogue is created, a space of discovery, where there’s no need to choose between order and flow, only to listen to the movement between them.

When I look at this painting I’m reminded that real growth doesn’t happen where it feels safe, but where we allow ourselves not to know. That’s where true creativity is born, where we rediscover ourselves.

Lines of Freedom is an invitation to let go of the familiar, to release the need to be precise, and to open ourselves to something greater than us, something we can’t control, only breathe in.
